Connection issues with my Android mobile app

Following these simple steps should help you restore your connection to our software on your Android device.

Internet connection

It may seem obvious but let's start with your internet connection. Check that you're connected to either Wi-Fi or a cellular data network. You should see the icons at the top of your screen.


The next step is to restart your Android device by powering off and turning it back on.

Check for updates

If the connection problem continues after restarting, check if you are using our latest app by going to:

Settings → Apps → All

Then, select our app.

Reinstall our app

If there is no update available or updating does not resolve the issue, try reinstalling our app. You'll first need to remove the app by deleting it from your device. Then, download it again and reinstall.

Contact Support

If the problem continues, send us the following information via our software, mobile app, or website and we'll see what we can do:

  • Error message
  • Smartphone/tablet model
  • Android version
