Troubleshooting sound problems on an iPad

No sound in our app?

If you've already checked your sound settings and restarted your iPad:

  • Toggle the side switch located on the right side of your device to the off position.
  • If the side switch is set to Lock Rotation instead of Mute, follow these steps, and retry:
    Settings → General → USE SIDE SWITCH TO: → Mute
