Email validation - Instructions

After registering, you'll receive an email from us with a validation code. Make sure to check your junk mail or spam folder if it's not in your inbox.

Once you have your validation code, follow the steps below depending on the device you are using:

Desktop
    1. Select 'Settings'
    2. Go to 'Account Details'
    3. Choose 'Email'
    4. Click on 'Validate Email Address'
    5. Enter the validation code you received via email
    6. Click on the 'Validate' button

Mobile
    1. Tap on 'Menu' (Android) or 'More' (iOS)
    2. Select 'Settings & Tools'
    3. Choose 'Account' then 'Validate Email Address'
    4. When you see the Validate Email Address window, enter your validation code
    5. Tap on 'Validate'

If you use our PokerStars Next Gen app:

  1. Tap on 'Account'
  2. Select 'Personal Details'
  3. Choose 'Validate Email Address'
  4. In the 'Confirm your email' window, tap on 'Got a confirmation code? 'Enter it here
  5. Enter code in the relevant field and tap on 'Confirm'

When done, a message will appear confirming your email address has been validated. This activates your account, and you can now play with us!
